Jayhawk Motorsports is a student organization within the School of Engineering at the University of Kansas. For over 10 years, students have designed and built award-winning racing vehicles. Each year, cross-disciplinary teams build vehicles to take to national and international competitions against other universities. The vehicles are judged on a wide variety of criteria such a design, performance and marketing. Students gain experience in project management, design, manufacturing, testing and perhaps most imporantly, teamwork.
